Terms for shoppers

Please read this before you create an account or place an order.

Who you are buying from

You buy from the shop whose page you are on. That shop is the seller. It is responsible for its products, prices, stock, delivery or pickup, returns, refunds and any complaint about what you bought. Contact the shop first about an order.

Online shops like this one run on the RTC Stores platform, provided by Reduced To Clear Enterprise. RTC Stores supplies the software. It does not sell, store or deliver goods and is not a party to your purchase.

Your account and phone number

• We confirm your mobile number by texting a 6-digit code to it. Only use a number that is yours.
• Give correct details, keep your password private, and tell the shop if you think someone else used your account.
• You can also order without an account by confirming your phone number with a code.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵). The total, including any delivery fee and any fee for credit, part-payment or mobile money, is shown before you place your order.
• Mobile money payments are processed by Paystack and your mobile money operator. We never see your PIN.
• Goods past their expiry date are not sold. Stock can run out, in which case the shop will tell you.

Your information

The shop you order from sees your name, phone number, delivery address and orders so it can serve you, and uses them only for that. RTC Stores processes them to run the platform and does not sell them. Read the privacy summary for shoppers or the full Privacy Policy, which also explain your rights under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

Governing law

These terms, your use of any shop on the platform, and every rule that governs that use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Nothing here limits a right you have under Ghanaian law that cannot be excluded. Disputes are first talked through, then mediated, and then decided by the courts of Ghana, as set out in the platform's Terms of Service.
